Backed by more than 40 years of expertise of the DURUM Group, we support our customers with flexibility and fast response times.<\/p>\n<p>To expand our team at <strong>DURMAT of North America in Spring, TX<\/strong>, <strong>USA<\/strong> we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative<\/p>\n<h2>Your Tasks:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing new business and expanding sales with existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Selling welding consumables, hardfacing products, flux-cored wires and gas-atomized metal powders<\/li>\n<li>Product demonstrations and commissioning at customer sites<\/li>\n<li>Technical advice, hotline support and customer trainings<\/li>\n<li>Preparing quotations and negotiating prices<\/li>\n<li>Building relationships with distributors, OEMs and industrial end users<\/li>\n<li>Representing DURMAT at trade shows and industry events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your Profile:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in technical sales, ideally in welding, hardfacing or wear protection<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of flux-cored wires, hardfacing and weld overlay applications<\/li>\n<li>Technical education or hands-on experience in welding, metallurgy or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time, not limited to any state<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Spanish is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>We Offer:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Challenging and varied work with specialized products in a technical market<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation based on experience<\/li>\n<li>Commission or performance-based incentives<\/li>\n<li>Travel support<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive product and application training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you see your professional future in a company like ours, we look forward to receiving your application, including your salary expectations and earliest possible start date.
