As a result of more than 15 years of in-house development and use, we have now introduced durable, reliable, mobile PTA machines, e.g. DURWELD 300T PTA into the market. These machines with a powerful water cooling can be operated manually or, optionally, with external manipulation devices using CNC or robotic interfaces. The main inverter power source is primary-switched and generates a very stable arc that ensures consistent and repeatable coatings.
Furthermore DURUM developed and manufactured the DURSPRAY 450, a mobile electric wire arc spray system. This system features states of the art power source-, value- and PLC-technology. The system can be used manually or in combination with industrial manipulators or robots in automated production cells.

NOTE TRAINING
Since the beginning of its foundation in 1984, DURUM VERSCHLEISS-SCHUTZ GMBH has offered training courses in the field of welding and thermal spraying. In this way the customer learns the correct handling of the system technoogy and the accurate processing of the DURMAT® products.
Professionally trained employees with many years of experience offer individual consultations.
Depending on the customer’s requirements, the trainings can either take place at the main location of DURUM in Willich (Germany) or directly at the customer’s place.
