da essa fabbricati con il numero di prodotto CN 2849 90 30 (\u201ecarburi di tungsteno\u201c) dal<br \/>I metalli importati dai Paesi fornitori, USA, Brasile e Sudafrica, provengono esclusivamente dal riciclaggio.<br \/>Si tratta di materiali riciclabili contenenti tungsteno ai sensi dell'articolo 2, lettera s), del regolamento,<br \/>non minerali parzialmente o non lavorati o sottoprodotti di altri minerali.<\/p><p><em>Abbiamo adottato le seguenti misure di due diligence prima di questa determinazione:<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>Approvvigionamento di materiali riciclati esclusivamente da fornitori che ci confermano per iscritto la loro origine riciclata,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Controllo annuale della plausibilit\u00e0 dei dati dei fornitori nell'ambito del nostro scambio di fornitori,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Controllo giornaliero dell'elenco delle sanzioni tramite il nostro sistema di gestione della merce,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Confronto annuale con i dati CAHRA della
