Dear Ladies and Gentlemen Dear employees,
Many factors contribute to our success. These include the range and quality of our products and services as well as our claim to be an exemplary company in every respect.
Other factors - more difficult to measure but no less essential - determine who we are and how we are perceived as a company. Integrity, responsibility, compliance with the rules of the competitive game, and respectful treatment of our employees and business partners are of equal importance to us.
We are convinced that economic success and the maintenance of ethical standards are inseparable. Of course, our goal is also to operate successfully in the market. However, in doing so, we only want to conclude business transactions that are in line with applicable laws, the principles of good corporate governance and this Code of Conduct.
One of these factors is our good reputation. It is also based on the fact that we do not compromise when it comes to ethically impeccable conduct. In the future, we will continue to consolidate our reputation with exemplary business conduct both during and outside daily working hours.
This Code of Conduct is intended to help you find your way even better in a business environment that has become increasingly complex in recent years. It summarizes the rules you must follow to comply with laws and regulations. But it also takes into account our values and principles - integrity, responsibility, fairness in competition, sustainability and respect.
The consistent implementation of these values in our daily conduct contributes to our continued appropriate appearance as an employer, contractor and company. This Code of Conduct commits the management as well as all employees of DURUM Verschleißschutz GmbH.
