Dear Employees,
Many factors contribute to our success. Some of them are the bandwidth and quality of our products and services, as well as our claim to be a company that is exemplary in all respects.
Other factors are more difficult to measure, but no less essential. They determine who we are and how we are perceived as a company. Integrity, responsibility, and compliance with the rules of competition, as well as respectful interaction with our employees and business partners, are equally relevant to us.
We are certain that economic success and preservation of ethical standards are inseparably connected. Of course, we also aim
for a successful market presence. However, we want to limit ourselves to such transactions that correspond to the applicable
laws, the principles of good corporate management, and this code of conduct.
One of these factors is our good reputation. This means that we cannot accept any compromises where ethically impeccable
conduct is concerned. We will continue to strengthen our reputation with exemplary business conduct during, and outside of, our
daily working hours.
This code of conduct is to support you in even better orientation in a business environment that has become increasingly complex over the last few years. It summarises the rules that you need to observe to comply with the laws and provisions, while also considering our values and principles of integrity, responsibility, fair competition, sustainability, and respect.
Consistent implementation of these values in daily conduct contributes to our continued appropriate appearance as an employer,
contractor, and company. The management and all employees of DURUM Verschleiss-Schutz GmbH are bound to this code of
conduct.
