DURUM Verschleißschutz GmbH is a medium-sized company in the welding consumables industry, specializing in the development and manufacture of high-performance wear protection materials and customized solutions. Our products are successfully used in the oil and gas industry, mining, cement industry, agriculture and steel industry.

To expand our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Employee for the switchboard/reception with good English skills
full-time (40 hours) or part-time (35 hours)

Your tasks:

• Telephone, visitor reception and hospitality, visitor management
• Process order processes digitally
• Invoices arrive digitally and must be processed further in the system
• Checking the delivery bills
• Audit
• Place an order
• Management of office supplies
• Other administrative activities
• Check stocks of food and drinks, make a note of what is missing

Your profile:

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good IT skills in common MS Office programs
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Your working time in TZ:

• Mondays to Thursdays 08.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
• Fridays 08.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.

Your working hours in VZ:

• Mondays - Thursdays 08.00 a.m. - 4.45 p.m.
• Fridays 08.00 - 15.00
